Prices in CAD plus applicable taxes, per month, for the platform only — the design, the build and hosting, with no counter on changes. Paying annually is the cheaper rate on Tile and Grid; the Moseik plan is billed monthly only. The AI agent is separate: connect your own, or add Wendell — priced on its own.

No. These prices cover the platform: the site, the hosting, the version history, the guardrails. The AI agent that makes your changes connects on top. If you already have one, connecting it costs nothing extra from us. If you do not, Wendell is ours — custom-made for Moseik — and is priced separately, because it is a product of its own.
On Tile and Grid, yes — monthly is the higher of the two rates, and paying annually is what brings it down. The Moseik plan is billed monthly only: it carries a custom integration we build and maintain for you, so it is not sold a year at a time.
That the platform never meters you: no request counter, no hourly rate. Ask for one thing this month or twenty, in whatever words come naturally — a new page, a seasonal offer, updated hours, a fresh set of photos. Your AI agent writes it, checks it and publishes it, usually the same day.
Two different things, on two different plans. Grid connects you to a data source the platform already carries — those are ready to switch on, with nothing to build. Moseik is the plan that adds one we do not already carry: a custom integration with your own first-party systems, or with a third-party industry source we connect on your behalf. Either way the records render as part of your own site, in your design, on your pages. Ask and we will tell you straight which of the two yours needs.
By where the data comes from, then by the size of the site. Grid is sized for a single operation — one business, one location, one team — on a site up to 20 pages, drawing on a data source the platform already carries. Moseik is the one to pick if your data is not on the platform yet and has to be connected for you, or if the site is organisation-sized: no page ceiling, data volume for every location and team, more bandwidth, and priority troubleshooting.
