What personal information Moseik collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are
Moseik is a website platform operated by Get Proof Digital Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada (“Moseik”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers moseik.ca, the Moseik dashboard at app.moseik.ca, the Moseik API and MCP server at api.moseik.app, and the websites we host for our customers.
We are responsible for the personal information under our control. Questions about this policy, or about how we handle personal information, go to our privacy contact at kenny@proofdigital.app.
2. Our two roles
For our customers, we decide how information is used. When you sign up for Moseik, connect an AI agent to your account, or pay us, we collect and use your information as described in this policy.
For our customers’ websites, we act on the customer’s behalf. When someone visits a website hosted on Moseik, or sends an inquiry through one of its forms, we process that information for the business that owns the website, under our data processing terms. That business decides what its website collects and is responsible for its own privacy policy. If you have a question about a website hosted on Moseik, contact the business that runs it first.
3. What we collect
From customers
- Account details: your name, email address and password, and the codes we email you to confirm it is you.
- Business details: your business name, the kind of business, and the contact details you choose to publish on your website.
- Your website: the pages, images, files, settings and version history you or your AI agents create.
- Billing: your plan and payment history. Card details are collected and held by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
- AI agent connections: which agents you have approved, and a record of the changes each one makes to your website.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact us, including through the form on moseik.ca.
From visitors to websites hosted on Moseik
- Form inquiries: whatever a visitor enters into a form on the website, such as their name, email address and message.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to deliver the website, keep it secure and filter spam.
- Analytics, only if the website owner turns it on: see Cookies and analytics.
4. Why we use it
- To create and run your account and host your website.
- To confirm your identity when you sign in or approve an AI agent.
- To deliver form inquiries to the website owner.
- To bill you for your plan.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
- To answer your questions and tell you about changes to your account or these policies.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content or your visitors’ information to train AI models.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Moseik, only for that purpose, and under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, content delivery, image handling and spam protection.
- Mailgun — sending sign-in codes, account emails and form inquiry notifications.
- Stripe — payment processing.
Some features send information to a third party only when a website owner chooses to use them, such as Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, Google Maps, embedded videos, or real-estate listing data feeds. Those services handle that information under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of people or of Moseik, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
6. Where it is stored
Moseik’s data is stored with Cloudflare in North America. Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access by their authorities. You can ask us about our service providers outside Canada at the contact address above.
7. How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your information for as long as we need it to provide Moseik to you.
- When you delete your account or website, we delete it immediately.
- If your free trial ends without a plan, your website is taken offline and deleted 30 days later.
- A draft website an AI agent starts for you is deleted if nobody claims it within 72 hours.
We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Cookies and analytics
moseik.ca does not run analytics or advertising cookies. The Moseik dashboard uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
A website hosted on Moseik can use Google Analytics or the Meta pixel if its owner connects their own account. When they do, the website shows a consent banner, and nothing is recorded until the visitor accepts it. That data goes to the website owner’s own Google or Meta account, not to Moseik.
9. AI agents
Moseik lets you connect an AI agent, such as Wendell or an assistant you already use, to build and change your website. You approve each agent yourself, and you can disconnect it at any time from your dashboard. Moseik does not use an AI service to process your content. The agent you connect is provided by someone else, and it handles what you share with it under its own terms and privacy policy.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections, a strict content security policy on every website, checks on every change before it goes live, and a version history that lets a change be reversed. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach of security creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the regulators as the law requires.
11. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it; and
- stop using it for a purpose you previously agreed to, where that does not conflict with a legal or contractual obligation.
Email kenny@proofdigital.app. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a visitor to a website hosted on Moseik, we will pass your request to the business that runs it.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Alberta, to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
12. United States residents
Depending on the state you live in, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct and delete it; and to opt out of its sale or its sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will not treat you differently for using them, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
13. Children
Moseik is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes and contact
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email before it takes effect.
